Service Areas and Delivery
Do you deliver?
YES! We are proud to say that we deliver to NJ, MD, DE, CT, MA, and select areas of NY, VT, NH and PA every Friday. If you have questions about if we deliver in your area, please email us at hello@smushedorganics.com! 

What day is delivery?
Delivery occurs every Friday. You will receive an email onThursday with a FedEx tracking number to track your order. All orders arrive in a box with insulation and ice packs to keep the baby food cool.

About Smushed Organics Food
What ingredients are in your food?
Smushed Organics baby food is only made with the ingredients in the name of the baby food puree – that’s it! No added fillers or preservatives. Textured flavors include grains such as quinoa, brown rice, barley, amaranth, and rolled oats.
What’s the difference in the Smooth option and the Textured option?
The Textured option contains grains for more texture such as quinoa, brown rice, rolled oats, and the Smooth option does not.

Are packages customizable?
Customizing flavors is not available at this time. Customers may choose from the two package options – Classic or Little Explorer. Classic packs have classic purees that do not change. The Little Explorer pack changes weekly. The Little Explorer pack menu for this week and next week is always available on our Menu page, and you are welcome to skip a week or switch to the Classic pack if there is a puree combination you prefer your baby not to eat.

What is the shelf life of your baby food?
Because we are creating fresh homemade baby food, refrigerator life is about 5 days depending on the temperature of your fridge. If you think it won't be eaten during this timeframe, please transfer the baby food into a freezer safe container and store it in your freezer for up to 2 months. 

Subscription & Account Information
How can I skip a week of meals?
When logged into the My Account page, go to Your Subscriptions on the left side of the page and click the Edit button. Select Skip Next Renewal in the upper right corner to skip the next week’s order. This must be completed before 8:00pm EST the Sunday of each week to not get a delivery that weekend.

How can I update my subscription package option?
When logged into the My Account page, go to Your Subscriptions on the left side of the page and click the Edit button. Select the package you would like to switch to. This must be completed before 8:00pm EST the Sunday of each week to update your package option for that weekend.

How do I cancel my account?
When logged into the My Account page, click the Cancel Subscription button on the bottom left of the page to fully cancel your subscription. This must be completed before 8:00pm EST the Sunday of each week to cancel your subscription before the next renewal charge.

What is the deadline to skip a week of meals or cancel my account?
All renewing orders are submitted by 8:00pm EST on Sunday of each week. To cancel or skip for that week, you must update your account by Sunday night.
